At Heaven Scent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance journey. If a scent isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange any unopened and unused product within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
